A newly formed strategic people leadership firm approached Riveter for bold branding to stand out among the traditional HR consulting field. The Wayforward logo is inspired by the idler wheel – a key advancement in archery equipment built to withstand pressure and torque when the bow releases an arrow – and conveys strength, elegance, and efficiency. The brand launch campaign included a website, a visual strategy for social media, a PR plan, and a custom-designed challenge coin serving as an unforgettable leave-behind.
